This Data License and Voter File Use Agreement governs the use of the data platform operated by RDEBALLOTBOX, LLC, a New Jersey company.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, accessing, or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

This Agreement is accepted electronically when a user selects 'I Agree', creates an account, or otherwise accesses the platform. This electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a written signature.

1. PURPOSE

Licensor operates a software platform that provides access to voter registration and election participation records obtained from publicly available government sources. The platform is intended to support lawful political campaign activities, research, and civic engagement.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Licensor grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access data through the platform. This license allows users to search records, analyze data, conduct lawful political outreach, and perform campaign or research analysis. No ownership rights to the data are transferred.

3. DATA SOURCES

The voter data provided through the platform may originate from state voter registration databases, election authority public records, publicly released participation history, and publicly available demographic data. Licensor does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

4. PERMITTED USES

Users may use the data solely for lawful purposes including political campaign activities, voter outreach, political research, civic engagement efforts, and academic analysis. All use must comply with applicable state and federal election laws.

5. PROHIBITED USES

Users agree not to use the data for harassment or intimidation, discrimination against protected groups, identity theft or fraud, commercial marketing unrelated to political activity, resale of voter data, publishing individual voter addresses in a harmful context, automated scraping, or bulk extraction.

6. DATA SECURITY

Users must maintain reasonable security safeguards, restrict access to authorized personnel, and prevent unauthorized redistribution of voter data.

7. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

Users must comply with all applicable laws including federal election laws, state voter file restrictions, campaign finance regulations, and privacy and data protection laws.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to the software platform, database architecture, and proprietary analytics remain the exclusive property of Licensor.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The platform and data are provided 'AS IS' without warranties of any kind including accuracy of voter data or uninterrupted service.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Licensor shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, misuse of voter data, or errors in public records. Liability shall not exceed fees paid for access to the platform within the prior 12 months.

11. TERMINATION

Licensor may suspend or terminate access immediately if a user violates this Agreement, misuses voter data, or violates applicable law.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the platform.
